MaryLee takes a daring approach to filmmaking, creating strong stories with characters that are emotionally complex, at times contradictory, certainly not one-dimensional.
MaryLee has worked on both sides of the camera, as an actor in films and commercials, and as a producer on independent short films and features. Using that experience, she is proud to have brought together an exceptional cast and crew for The Necklace.
MaryLee just completed producing and directing a training film for the Wingman Project, a U.S. Air National Guard suicide prevention campaign and is currently developing a feature film.
MaryLee’s take on captivating storytelling is simple: Draw them in, let them feel, then let them go. Inspired.
